004 International is a privately owned small to medium sized enterprise providing full-service eCommerce services to retailers across Middle East from Doha, Qatar and its headquarters in Aschaffenburg, Germany. 004 International's solution is available on a fully integrated platform that includes the following services: implementation and hosting of online shops, order management, fulfillment / warehousing / logistics, returns management, multi-lingual customer service support, product sourcing and marketing, accounting and controlling, and high-end photography. 004 International’s fully integrated platform is highly scalable and reduces the burden of needing to manage and balance the integration of multiple tools and plug-ins. Finally, each customer’s eCommerce solution can be tailor made to support its specific process and systems. Upon exiting the insolvency procedure 004 made the strategic decision to expand its footprint outside of the European market with a focus on emerging markets. 004 will engage emerging markets two platform offerings, “004 One” (self-service platform ideal for small to medium sized business) and “004 Enterprise” (cloud-based e-commerce platform with integrated ERP Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015). 004’s first major international achievement and milestone was its participation in a worldwide beauty contest for a leading Arab mobile operator, administered by the management-consulting firm Arthur D. Little. More recently, in March 2015, 004 GmbH traveled to Doha, Qatar as part of a German business delegation led by Mr. Sigmar Gabriel, Vice Chancellor and Federal Minister of Economics and Energy. During the Vice Chancellor’s visit 004 signed a memorandum of understanding with Catalyst, the technology arm of Al Faisal holding, and established a new joint venture called “004 International”.
