About Our Founder 1% Activewear is the passion project of Jade Bartholomeusz, an 18-year-old entrepreneur, business student at QUT and elite field hockey athlete. Jade's journey with 1% Activewear started from her desire to, inspire the 80% of people that don’t set goals to set and achieve their goals, empowering all to believe that even the smallest steps can lead to significant results and fill the gap in the market to create functional and flattering training wear. Her dedication and vision have been the driving force behind the brand, which is still in the start-up stage, aiming to make a lasting impact on the activewear industry and beyond.
