1 People is a sustainable luxury fashion brand that creates timeless pieces for conscious women who seek luxurious, stylish, and sustainable wardrobe that benefits both people and the planet. We have, and always will, continue to operate sustainable, ethical and transparent business practices using eco-friendly products that do not harm the environment. We have researched and worked with a diversified, talented team to create high quality pieces, whilst ensuring that all products are ethically sourced. We work closely with our artisans. We empower them during the entire process of the partnership, and ensure our links mutually benefit each other and the planet. We donate 40% of our profit to Business For Planet, our educational programme that provides future entrepreneurs worldwide the tools to create socially-responsible businesses. This way, they, too, can go on to launch businesses that will positively impact the world and alleviate poverty. We believe that businesses nowadays should be transparent about how they operate - that is why social responsibility is at the forefront of our mind and strategy. The current cultural approach in businesses promotes quick fixes and instant gratification, which disregards the importance of the journey in reaching the goal. We are people- and planet-centred, believing that businesses must be honest and helpful in order to elevate society in a harmonious manner.
