Our business philosophy was borrowed from some pseudo-serious science. As the story goes, scientists confirmed the old “monkey see, monkey do” cliché after studying how monkeys learned to peel sweet potatoes before their meals. Effecting change in the monkey world hinged on two critical factors: monkeys communicating messages effectively AND mimicking the behavior of others.
