About 1080 Coaching

1080 Coaching is a new start-up company whose founders want to help voluntary coaches working with children and young people with their vital but stressful work. We also want to lower the threshold to become a volunteer coach, because without volunteers it is difficult to organise activities in a cost-effective way. Our aim is to save coaches' time, support the development of coaches' skills and give coaches the confidence that right things are being done in practice. For clubs, we provide visibility to and from the daily team routines - whether training policies are being implemented in practice and what needs to be done to improve them. For players, we will offer an inspiring way to increase individual training, while competing with teammates. Once our app is available, you can be sure that using it does not require years of football experience or knowledge of football terminology, but allows anyone to start their journey as a coach. We're all about ease, speed and simplicity - you can plan a day's training in minutes, even on the bus from work to home!
