A real must for the new normal. 12oz is created by the intuition of the Italian entrepreneur and CEO David Nathaniel, since 30 years in the luxury hotels breakfast business segment. The retail chain has an important plan of national and international expansion, with direct and franchised new store opening, also thanks to a joint venture with JDE, the second roaster company in the world and part of the international JAB Holding Company, which counts primary fast-casual restaurant brands in its portfolio. In 2018 this important company decided to invest in 12oz concept, putting lots of efforts in it and becoming the majority shareholder.
