Owner, Jeffrey Martin, is a seasoned creative professional with over 30 years of experience in the film industry, having worked as a Director, Producer, and Editor on numerous productions. His career has been defined by a passion for storytelling and a commitment to bringing impactful narratives to life. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic brought the film industry to a standstill, Jeffrey pivoted his talents toward a new and inspiring mission: educating underserved communities about the importance of clinical trials. Teaming up with Robert Churchel, Jeffrey co-founded 13th Floor Enterprises and created the Mobile Educational Unit for CICSRP (Center for Information and Study on Clinical Research Participation). Together, they converted an RV into a state-of-the-art, interactive learning space designed to engage and inform communities about the critical role of clinical trials in advancing medical research and improving public health. The Mobile Educational Unit quickly gained recognition for its innovative approach and was sponsored by the FDA. Its success has since attracted ongoing support from leading organizations such as Moderna, Bristol Myers Squibb, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Today, the unit continues to travel across the country, bridging gaps in health education and empowering communities with knowledge.
