1401Group was set-up (with a little help) by Joel Hobson. After a turbulant period of life, Joel set up 1401Group as a small project that slowly, but surely, started to snowball. Starting with just a s mall loan from his parents to buy some started stock (primarily LEGO), the idea started to grow and other avenues were explored. To date, with over 100 product lines on Ebay and over 500 lines on Bricklink, this project has become a small but interesting business.
