What is 17th Street Athletic Club? We offer some of the most experienced instructors in the City, who are pretty kick-ass athletes in their own right. We know our stuff, we're playful, and we really do enjoy helping you sweat. At 17th Street, caring is a philosophy of action. Know that when you show up, you've won the battle. You set goals and we help you achieve them, even on those days when you may not feel like it -- because those are the days you need it the most. We teach high-intensity interval training (HIIT), indoor cycling, and strength classes in ten efficient, high-energy combinations. We train groups of 5 to 20 people to keep the focus on you and your fitness goals. Expect our classes to be welcoming, challenging, and fun. We've got two bathrooms (one with a shower) for your convenience and comfort, and we've got lockers and cubbies to store your gear while you work out. Whether it's your first class or your fiftieth, bring a towel, bring your water bottle, and come ready to work. We're glad you're here! Look for a welcome and a smile.
