1973 Records is a media and music agency, founded by Jamie-Lee Dimes, based between hemispheres, in Joshua Tree, California, and Brisbane, Australia. 1973 is storytelling through a sociology and media lens. It’s freedom, rebellion, wanderlust, a journey of self-discovery, self-expression, and a quest to find the truth, and reclaim power. The objective behind 1973, is to help bridge gaps, break down barriers, and reimagine social constructs, gender performative roles, sexuality, and women’s liberation. Inspiring inclusivity, equality, and liberation for women and men from all four corners of the globe. 1973 is a Grammy® approved creative agency offering creative directing, photoshoots, film, super8, content creation, digital media and marketing, branding, styling, social identity, strategic communication, music, festival, and event production, management, artist, influencer and media liaising, small business development, design, and sociology. Helping labels, brands, and people around the world, tell their stories. Merging entertainment and business studies, with a degree in process at Griffith University, gaining a Bachelor of Arts, and double majoring in sociology and public relations.
