Our 1st digital product, the Next Generation Concierge was very well received by influential members and advisors of the Luxury Hospitality Industry and a 5 year licence agreement was signed and it’s now being successfully introduced by a Global Media Company as an additional solution to their loyal database of the world’s most prestigious hotels. Our licence partner is, as we speak making the final preparations to float the organisation on the Stock Exchange so this is going to be a major leap forward for all of us and a huge confidence boost😄 It’s not been easy and we have fallen over a few times but here we are - in the now with a superstar product that is helping Concierges and is inspiring and informing the all important Guest. Loyalty and retention has always been a major focus for us and based on feedback, we are proud to say that the Next Generation Concierge has achieved that. It’s early days for substantial analytics but it’s all heading in the right direction from verbal feedback. So what do we do next - sit back and let our partners do their thing - that would be nice but no, there are 2 new digital products that have been developed. There is an interactive Guest Publication for Super Luxury Hotels, the MVP has been built and we are out there getting some industry feedback, the waitlist will be launching soon 🚀 Following on from that is a digital product for High-End Estate/Real Estate Agents and brokers. We are not trying to reinvent the wheel, but we will enhance the way you can discreetly communicate with UHNWI clients in a private arena. It's early stages for this one but I would be happy to chat about our vision and gain industry insight. There's so much to say but this is a very brief overview of some of the exciting developments in the world of Luxury.
