This group oversees 200+ properties totaling nearly 15,000 residential units and over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space. The types of properties in the portfolio consist of condominium associations ranging from 16 units to 100 units, property owner associations up to 1,200 units, as well as commercial properties as small as 5,000 square feet and as large as 126,000 square feet. This size portfolio allows for the most cost-effective management in Northwest Indiana.
