About 1st Draft Drafting Services
After working in various positions in a manufacturing "job-shop", we discovered that many small companies and start-up companies didn't have the time, money, or training to create professional quality prints of their products. 1st Draft Drafting Services was born! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have a wide range of college and real world experience: Architectural Drafting, Mechanical Drafting, CNC laser programming, industrial detail drafting, commercial packaging machine design. We have also been "out on the floor". This has given us practical experience operating a wide variety of metal fabrication machines: CNC lasers, CNC vertical mill, lathes, punch presses, hydraulic presses, press brakes, etc. One of our greatest strengths is that we have an ongoing, working relationship with one of the top metal fabrication shops in the Upper Mid-West, Young Manufacturing. We use what we have learned there, to give you a "behind the scenes" knowledge of what information vendors want from their customers. This helps to make the proccess of getting your parts produced, go as efficiently as possible. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are located in rural Steele County, near Hatton, ND. Usually, any project we do for you can be handled by e-mail, telephone, or mail service. But, if something arises that demands our traveling to your location, we won't hesitate to do just that.
