We are trusted by many of the UK's blue chip companies and Central Government to manage their customer account, billing, payments processing and arrears relationships. Since 1999, we have provided a comprehensive range of services through a number of trading styles and subsidiaries. Operating from four sites in the UK (Head Office located in Leeds), our headcount is currently around 250 and rising. Our core business revolves around services that are outsourced to us (account management, arrears management, debt recovery, credit control, billing management or customer services). This is primarily because we are able to improve efficiencies, productivity and performance, yet introduce major cost saving benefits in the process.
