Proudly New Zealand owned, 22 Degrees turned 20 in 2020. We offer the full gamut of building services design including HVAC, hydraulics, electrical, fire protection, BIM and seismic engineering solutions. Our projects are extremely diverse and located from Invercargill to the Far North. A good design starts with a good plan. We deliver smart, sustainable, innovative designs specific to the needs of the project. Led by a dedicated Project Leader our approach is collaborative and proactive. We ask the right questions and keep everyone in the loop. BIM is a core feature of our designs which ensures problems are solved before construction begins and all services are fully coordinated. We add value at every stage of a project and work as a team with shared goals to deliver great solutions and streamlined construction. Effective design has a substantial impact on construction costs and energy efficiency. We provide guidance in energy efficiency and sustainable design including aspects like solar power, rainwater harvesting, and natural ventilation. Our talented team is a step up and includes shareholding Associates, chartered engineers and members of GreenStar, HomeStar and NABERSNZ programmes who provide advice & assessments.
