About 24helps

We’re creative thinkers with mental health in our DNA. 24helps launched in March of 2020, week one of COVID-19 lockdown. It started as a simple webpage where people could log in, get together, talk their sh*t, and process everything going on in the world (with a mental health professional guiding the conversation). What started as weekly virtual gatherings quickly became more than just group therapy. Every week, we checked in, vented, laughed, cried, and reminded each other we weren’t alone. It started with friends and family, but by June 2020, we were hosting a 900-person mental health event for NYU. Our mission is simple: to remind people that mental health matters. And through the experiences we create, we aim to connect people in ways that feel honest, human, and healing. Today, 24helps is a creative agency built on that same mission. We help brands create content, experiences, and stories that make people feel something real. Our work is grounded in empathy and driven by culture — built to resonate, not just perform.
