About 26 Letters
26 Letters is a Spanish NGO that offers free, quality and customized education to over a hundred vulnerable children and teens living in Beirut, Lebanon. While education is our main focus, we also acknowledge the interrelatedness between learning processes and external factors. This is why we base our programmes in a multidimensional approach that addresses all aspects of our children's lives: -Educational services: one-on-one English classes, educational support services and non-formal educational activities. -Medical and psicological support services: ongoing training on hygiene and physical and emotional health, financing of medical treatments and escort services. -Information and social support services: school enrolment and mediation services. - Employment opportunities: training and recruitment of teens struggling with abusive jobs.
