2gether NHS Foundation Trust (2gether) was a specialist trust providing mental and social healthcare services in Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. The Trust merged with Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust in October 2019 to become Gloucestershire Health and Care NHSFT. We employ approx 2,300 people from a variety of professions, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, social workers and support staff. We provide a wide range of community based care, including Primary and Intermediate Mental Health Care Teams, Recovery Teams, One Stop Teams, Assertive Outreach Teams, Crisis Teams, Older People Teams, Community Learning Disability Teams, Children and Young People teams and social care. Our specific, targeted services include Let's Talk (IAPT), Managing Memory 2gether, Gloucestershire Recovery in Psychosis (Early Intervention), our Eating Disorders Service and our new Mental Health Acute Response Service (MHARS). Our acute and rehabilitation inpatient care units for over 18s and older people are Wotton Lawn Hospital, Charlton Lane Hospital, Stonebow Unit, Honeybourne Unit, Laurel House and Oak House. Wotton Lawn Hospital, which is in Gloucester, also incorporates our Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (Greyfriars), a low secure facility (Montpellier Unit) and the Maxwell Centre, our Section 136 assessment suite. Westridge and Hollybrook are our inpatient units for people with learning disabilities. We also provide Occupational Health services to public and private sector clients through Working Well 2gether, and our Journey 2 Work and Back 2 Work services facilitate vocational opportunities and promote social inclusion for people in recovery.
