We deal with materials such as: - Brass - steel - Zamak - Plexi - Acetate - Corian - wood - leather The company was founded in 1997 as a spin-off of 2M srl, leader in the production of glasses since 1963: today 2M Decori sells its products in Europe, USA and South America. Following the evolution of the market and constantly trying to be at the forefront with strategy and technology, the company successfully meets the needs of customers in various sectors that require precision, control, reliability and high-level aesthetics. 2M Decori is able to transform any idea into a product developed ad hoc and customized in every aspect. Today, 100% of the production starts from the customer's idea, which is then fully developed and managed internally along each stage of the production chain: design and creation of the mold, die casting process, tumbling, polishing and electroplating procedures. Our services: - Die-casting: processing of metal alloys with low melting point - Mill-turning: with the use of mill-turning machines to process plastic materials and metals of various kinds - Coining and blanking: we use presses up to 400 tons - Milling: with the use of numerical control machines with 3, 4 and 5 axes - Cleaning: we use an automatic cleaning plant with six stations and four working units - Electroplating: flash, thickness, nickel-free manual and automated - Painting and enameling: manual and robotic Our certifications: - ISO 14001 which sets the requirements for the environmental management system - ISO 9001:2015 (2001) for safety in the workplace - "Workplace Condition Assessment (WCA): Achievement Award" (2021) from Intertek as it complies with workplace condition assessment requirements
