2PM Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice based in London, founded in 2010 by Peter Wraight and Mathew Byron. We specialise in residential architecture, working with homeowners across London and the South East to create homes that reflect how you live today, and how you want to live in the future. We offer a complete range of architectural services for private residential clients, including bespoke home extensions, renovations, loft conversions, and new-build houses. Many of our projects involve sensitive sites in Conservation Areas or with Listed Buildings, where careful negotiation and thoughtful design are essential. We also specialise in low-energy, sustainable design and are certified Passivhaus Designers, helping clients reduce long-term energy costs while improving comfort and air quality. Our role is to guide you through every step of the process, from initial ideas to planning permission, technical drawings, contractor selection, and contract administration during the build.
