2Smiley Feet Mobile Nail Care Provider strives to deliver the most relaxing experience for our clientss. You can enjoy a choice of carefully chosen treatments which cater to both men and women, the young and elderly to help relax and soothe your foot worries away. Our mission is to provide quality nail care services to seniors or individuals with challenges, who are homebound and/or live in a facility. Our services are mobile because we understand the dilemma families face when assisting loved ones. The business has been in operation since June of 2000. The first client to receive a visit was a woman, who had MS and was able to leave her home but would get weak. It was not easy for her to get to a salon. Operating as Smiley Feet, Lorna Morton, started a mobile service to work with clients who have cognitive challenges as well as physical disabilities to provide quality service either in their homes, at hospitals, retirement communities, rehabilitative facilities, or while in hospice care. The owner opened a location in Henrico in 2004, changed the name to Smile You're Beautiful, and serviced clients at the suite as well as being mobile. Later, realizing most services were on site, the salon suite was closed, and the business revamped to 2Smiley Feet. The belief and investment in advanced educational classes and seminars empowered the owner to continue assisting clients with their foot care, gain more certifications, establish a network with local Podiatrists and upgrade to helping those who are diabetic with routine foot care as a preventive measure to minimize the unfortunate decision of amputation.
