We are structural engineers specializing in additions, modifications and remediation for industrial, commercial and residential projects. Services to our clients include conceptual design through project closeout or can very specific depending on the specific needs of our client. We can provide structural concept plans, estimated cost, final design, preparation of structural construction documents (Specifications and CAD drawings), bid evaluation, and project management. We approach the design of all of our projects with our customer's needs in mind, during and after construction. We have over 25 years experience working in structural engineering design and construction projects which span from residential additions, quick service restaurants, military housing, international retail facilities and factories. We design in Steel, Masonry, Concrete and Aerated Autoclave Concrete (AAC). We understand the impact the structural design has on cost, quality and completion time on the project. We work closely with the client to define the project requirements to develop the most efficient and cost effective solution. We can work directly with owners or the contractor depending on the contractual agreement between the owner and the contractor.
