3 Bridge Solution CIC provides a Supported Lodgings service which helps young people aged 16-25 progress toward independence. At 3 Bridge Solution CIC we believe all young people starting on the road to adult life should have support and advice available to them and an environment in which they can safely practice and develop the skills they need on their journey toward independence. Supported Lodgings provides a safe home in a supportive and nurturing environment and a platform from which young people can achieve successful outcomes. We believe Supported Lodgings provides the best possible supportive environment for young people outside of their own stable family home. 3 Bridge Solution CIC aims to be the number one provider of Supported Lodgings services for young people in the UK. We aim to do this by focussing solely on Supported Lodgings; without the distractions caused by diversifying our offer, we believe our commitment to our fundamental beliefs drives a high quality Supported Lodgings services, delivering positive outcomes for young people throughout the country. The team is made up of two Executive Directors, a Director of Operations, Office Manager, Head of Service, Progression Coaches and Specialist Progression Advisors. The three Directors bring a combined experience of over 90 years; all have worked with children, care leavers and vulnerable young people throughout their careers as either qualified Social Workers, Therapists or in housing and support. The three Directors also bring extensive business acumen having run their own businesses, Charities and Community Interest Companies as well as working in the private sector. The young people we support are at the heart of all we do - 3 Bridge Solution encourages the young people in receipt of our services to help shape the services they receive, and the services 3 Bridge Solution will offer in the future.
