321 Swipe is a company formed by finance and business professionals to provide credit card transaction process services and financial solutions for the business community. We have been in the mortgage banking industry for over 25 years. With the recent credit crunch our customers have come to us for solutions in finding working capital in a tightening credit market. We have always been a solution provider and as a consequence of the existing commercial markets we have expanded into the Credit Card arena for two reasons. One to help our customers save additional cash by lowering their credit card transactions; and two by adding a Cash Advance component to the credit card process. We partnered with Nova (now Elavon) a wholly owned subsidiary of US Bank to provide the highest quality of processing for our future merchants and existing client base. Elavon has been an industry leader in customer service providing 24/7 call center support. US Bank during these troubled economic times, has remained an island of stability that ensures that today’s receipts will be in the bank tomorrow. As a Mortgage Banker we strive to obtain the lowest rates possible for our clients and are pro active when rates drop to bring this to our customer’s attention because it is our goal never to lose a client because of rate. We have done the same in the credit card industry because we want to be the last Merchant Service Processor that you will ever need not just because of price but also by keeping you on the cutting edge with the ever changing technology.
