33 Foward is a grief recovery program inspired by personal and community tragedy and the tremendous amount of loss people are experiencing. Many people have communicated that, currently, there are not enough mental health professionals who are accepting new clients, and those who are, are not always a great match for the healing journey we need to embark on. 33 Forward is a creative and evolving methodology that guides people through their most difficult times of loss and grief. Every loss is unique and brings deep, emotional challenges to those affected. Our goal is to be the guide on this incredibly personal journey, offering tools that can help calm and progress your healing process. We have a deep connection with our clients, having walked the same path of denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. We know that healing requires consistent effort and hard work, but peace and acceptance can be achieved. We will coach you to find the positive aspects of your loss, to refocus and change your mindset and behaviors, in order to evolve and reignite the flame within your heart. 33 Forward is for anyone who has experienced loss and have not been able to find the resources they need to move forward to find joy in their own lives.
