At 3B Yoga, we believe that the practice of yoga can provide a powerful tool for healing and wellness. The 3B Yoga team is committed to providing a safe and nonjudgemental environment. Through regular practice, yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being. Yoga can also help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and improve sleep quality. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and joyful environment for our clients to practice in. We are committed to helping our clients improve their health and well-being and we are passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with our community. 3B Yoga holds classes for all levels. Our classes include Prenatal, Gentle, Trauma Sensitive, Adapted/Chair, Meditation, and Kid’s classes. Our goal is to make yoga accessible and uplifting for everyone! Within our studio, you will find our amazing boutique. Our boutique offers yoga mats, yoga props and other yoga accessories. We carry activewear for yoga, running, tennis, hiking and more as well as comfortable lounge wear for both men and woman. In addition, we have jewelry designed specifically for active lifestyle and wellness style gift items. (Lululemon, Free People, Vuori, Manduka, Patagonia... and so much more!)
