About 3D Crowd

We are a volunteer community of designers, 3D printers, engineers and problem solvers. When C-19 hit the UK in March 2020, 3D Crowd formed in response to the shortage of PPE in the U.K. We went on to produce over 385,000 pieces of CE marked PPE for use in the U.K. and overseas. Currently we are the only voluntary distributed, community manufacturers to achieve a CE marking from the British Standards Institution for our design and processes. Today our volunteers work on projects for crisis zones and bespoke good causes. Current projects include oxygen splitters, ventilator splitters, personal respirators, prosthetic limbs and a library of tested, ready to print, open-source designs.
