3D Recruit is a specialist Social Work, Education and Healthcare recruitment agency dedicated to delivering the highest standard of recruitment services. 3D Recruit was conceptualised in 2000 by Ben Arnold, an experienced recruiter and James Brown, a qualified social worker who both felt that agency workers and clients deserved a better service than what was currently offered. Ben and James’ understanding of not only the social work sector, but also of the importance of face-to-face relationship building, enabled them to go on and raise recruitment standards in the sector and striking the right balance for everyone. It was this shared ethos that led to Ben and James, who at the time ran two separate agencies, to launch 3D Recruit. This core objective of providing fully safeguarded, qualified professionals has been our driving force for the past 24 years and continues to be a central pillar of 3D Recruit's philosophy. The launch of the bespoke 3D Recruit App in 2024 marks a significant transformation in the recruitment process, backed by two years of strategic planning and an investment of £160,000. This innovative tool aims to enhance the experience for both candidates and clients by streamlining processes, facilitating efficient payroll management, and enabling candidates to access newly released job vacancies instantly, thereby reinforcing 3D Recruit's commitment to continuous improvement and client satisfaction. Today, we are proud of consistently providing clients and agency workers with the opportunity to connect with our team of experienced recruitment consultants with expert market and sector knowledge, as well as a dedicated Compliance Team committed to the highest safeguarding standards of Compliance+. In addition to this, our in-house Accounts Team with more than 20 years of experience in running a weekly payroll, and our ability to offer our customers easy access to the latest Teacher, Social Work and Healthcare jobs, ensure our quality services.
