3D Renew provides Executive Coaching, Wellness Coaching, and Leadership Development training to deepen client(s) perspectives utilizing enhanced tools, coaching, and experiences to enable you, your team, and your organization to get results. The principal, Melinda Grafton, has a diverse background, including executive coaching, leadership development, instructional course design, organizational design, process improvement, strategic communications, public relations, and executive management across a spectrum of professional arenas. Melinda is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Melinda is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher credentialed through Yoga Alliance, RYT, with over 300 hours of training. Also, she is a certified Ayurveda Nutrition Specialist. Melinda's philosophy is to meet leaders, teams, and individuals where they are, professionally and personally. Through insight, conversation, and observation, Melinda becomes the client's flashlight to navigate their challenges as they reach their goals and Live Life Fully.
