Our services include the creation of new, and updates to existing CAD/CAM projects, structures such as: - transport containers (GLT (SLT, ULT), KLT (SLT, EPP)) and sequential containers, - pallets with folding arms, - racks used for KLT containers, - racks for assembly components, - slings used for handling containers and pallets with parts of large size and weight, - inspection and measuring gauges used for checking a transport and sequence containers, - trolleys for intra-plant transport of parts, - trolleys for in-plant transport of transport and sequence containers, - manipulators used for assembly line work, - thermoformed extrusions fiting the shape of parts, - sliding frames for assembly subassemblies, - replacement containers - wooden crates, cardboard boxes, etc. Additional services: - creation of static and buckling analysis, - creation of production line layouts, - creation of technical and operational documentation and instructions for use of structures. Planning implementation of projects related to: - manufacture of new or modification of existing physical constructions used in production plants, - implementation of new structures into production plants, - implementation of final containers: transport and sequential containers in place of temporary containers, - financial analyses related to the profitability of implementing potential projects. Softwares with which we implement our projects: - Catia V5, - 3Dexperience (Catia V6), - Solidworks, - Inventor, - Fusion 360, - AutoCAD.
