3E stands for: Energy. Conserving energy and self-sufficiency are the keywords in modern housing. The vision of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is that affordable net zero energy houses are available for consumers by the year 2030. Combined with consumer energy production technology, such as solar panels, our houses can achieve this goal right away, and even without them come very close to net zero energy. Efficiency. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed the state of Florida to cut power plant CO2 emissions by 38% by 2030. That equals almost 50 tons. Every house built with our technology is a step towards this goal.
