Our foundation is built on 3 main pillars - food, fitness, and focus, empowering clients to find consistency as they build a new lifestyle. This is achieved by offering clear direction to create daily healthy habits that go beyond confusing industry fads into evidence-based techniques catered to the individual. Co-Founders Natalie and Lindsey teach that mindset is as important as the food you eat and the muscles you train, empowering clients to learn what works best for them emotionally so that they can thrive physically. 3FORMA serves clients primarily through online subscription services, the 3FORMA App, and the podcast, Find Your Forma. Both platforms deliver information that is easy to digest and approachable regardless of a client's previous experience. As coaches and mentors, Natalie and Lindsey's guidance go beyond their expertise in the field and into understanding that every individual has their own set of needs. Through both 1:1 and group coaching, mentoring, and planning, you’ll feel the high-energy passion they have for empowering women to live their version of a balanced life.
