3Minute Fitness is a community where individuals become a part of something greater as soon as they step foot into one of our studios or log in to our mobile on-demand platform. They are welcomed and instilled with confidence to become the best version of themselves. Our ultimate goal is to be more than 'fitness.' We want make a positive impact in people's lives creating a ripple effect from our members into our surrounding communities. It starts with our 3MF coaches and team who are dedicated to getting to know each member to help them achieve unique goals along their fitness journey in a positive, motivating environment. About 3Minute Fitness: High-intensity interval training sessions consist of a dynamic and unique 10-station circuit targeting all aspects of fitness. The 3MF workout provides structure and eliminates the guessing game of how to workout. Sessions are scientifically designed to burn more calories and see maximum results in less time to fit busy lifestyles. The thoughtfully planned weekly circuits combine strength, resistance, balance, flexibility and endurance training in a high-energy and encouraging atmosphere for all fitness levels, abilities and ages. Certified and knowledgeable instructors guide the way and are dedicated to each members' fitness journey.
