We provide flat-rate IT management and support with guaranteed response times. Included in 3nom managed services is: 24x7 monitoring & alerting, asset management, preventative maintenance, unlimited remote and onsite support and 3nom 360° - our top-down CTO services including design, architecture, build, maintain and consult approach to all of our clients’ infrastructures. We also maintain our own datacenter where we specialize in hosting virtual private and dedicated servers in customized and private configurations for our clients that few providers can offer in that we maintain managed secure VPNs to our clients’ locations so their hosted servers are accessed as if onsite.
