We at 3R Valve offer down the hole ASR (Aquifer Storage and Recovery) specialized valve systems and additional engineered solutions. Our systems are exclusively through 3RValve and are NSF 61 certified to Recover, Recharge and Regulate potable water pumping and HVAC applications. We offer our customers ASR valve sizes from 4,5,6,8,10,12 and 14 inch and flows from 0 to 6000 GPM. We have a patented spring assist option that allows our customers to choose if they want the valve to spring open or close based on the customers desires. It is designed to set the valve in a desired (open or closed) position if there should be a hydraulic failure and you need to recover water. So in valves placed above the pump bowls we would use the spring closed option to force the valve shut so that the customer can recover water regardless of the valves hydraulic status. We also provide isolation cylinders that provide a physical barrier between the hydraulic pump and the ASR valve. This also provides the operator with a visual position of the valves position and provide PLC feedback of the valves position to the 6 inch touch screen panel mounted on the front of the control panel. We offer a 5 year warranty on the valve with up to a 10% refund of the purchase price if the valve should fail during the warranty period.
