3s architects and designers is a RIBA chartered practice with offices in southwest London and Munich, Germany, working on projects in the United Kingdom and around the world. Our portfolio includes a wide array of projects from residential developments, one-off houses and house refurbishments to hotels, head offices, restaurants and flagship stores. These procedures ensure the planning and building process will be a smooth and effective experience for our clients. We provide in principle four key service stages: • Concept Design – initial design sketches plus discussions about your preferred option, finalising ideas to draw your suitable layout. • Planning Process – Development of scaled plans and organise budget cost estimate. Detailed Planning application documents for submission. 90% success rate on approvals. • Construction and Build Preparations – Provisions of detailed scaled technically plans, obtaining quotations on selected products ready for tender. • Site Assistance – Potential coordination of all parties on site; technical monitoring process. We assist in recommending one of our long standing partners of engineers and surveyors, which are often required. Throughout the years we have gained good knowledge of reliable suppliers and constructors to bring the right people together to complete your home beyond your expectations.
