That’s why we offer a powerful suite of neurodiversity training and coaching services to help organisations unlock the full potential of neurodivergent talent. Our offer includes: Introductory Sessions – Bite-sized, one-hour overviews perfect for team meetings, covering general neurodiversity or specific conditions like Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia. Half-Day Courses – Deeper dives into neurodiversity, ideal for those working with neurodivergent colleagues or service users. Level 2 Accredited Courses – Comprehensive training that equips teams to support neurodivergent individuals in the workplace and on programmes. We also offer a justice-sector-specific accredited course. We also provide neurodiversity coaching, tailored to individuals and teams, helping create inclusive environments where neurodivergent people can thrive. Coaching can be funded through Access to Work, making it even more accessible. From boosting productivity and team dynamics to improving well-being and retention, our neurodiversity services help organisations build cultures where everyone can shine.
