4Calm was born out of lived experience — mine and my son’s. For more than 30 years, I’ve faced anxiety head-on: on planes, in boardrooms, and in everyday life. I worked with doctors, psychologists, and formulators to create a natural, non-drowsy shot designed to support calm, clarity, and balance — anytime, anywhere. The journey hasn’t been simple. From platforms shutting me down to building everything from scratch with little budget, 4Calm has been a labor of love. But it’s always been about more than just a product. It’s about helping people like me — and my son — take back their calm. It’s about showing others they’re not alone.
