I started my career early 1982, working for a small architectural company. This experience provided me with a solid apprenticeship. 35 years later, having designed developments both directly and indirectly for most major housebuilders, I decide it was time to form my own residential design company. 4 Design Concept Limited was established in 2017 and has grown to provide architectural and urban design input for a diverse range of clients within the land acquisition and house building sectors. We have undertaken feasibility layouts from single bespoke dwellings to 500 unit developments, as well as Master Planning, for many more for strategic, greenfield and brownfield sites. A comprehensive design service is provided to our clients on strategies to deliver attractive, viable, appraisal layouts and design schemes, either with their preferred house types or bespoke range if required. 4DC offer the following services: • Analysis and evaluation of potential capacity of development sites. • Preparation of masterplans and viable concept layouts. • House type packs • Preparation of planning application drawing packs • Design and access statements. • Liasing with client’s design team Our clients are assured of a bespoke service tailored to their needs, with an emphasis on accuracy and timescale.
