We give investors the opportunity to joint-venture with us in short-term residential development projects in Brazil. Different projects last from 18 months to 3 years, with much stronger returns than are normally available in a developed and struggling economy like the UK. Growing economies create wealth and strong local demand. Working with our business partners we are developing homes for local residents in a very profitable market and we can share those profits with investors. We have chosen a market with sustained strong demand based upon local oil wealth. Investing with us, our investor partners can share directly in the substantial financial returns without the need to buy properties abroad that they have to manage themselves. The initial stages have already been completed for these sites: the due diligence, the establishment of local business partners, site negotiation and scheme design. Moreover, a professional team is now in place, in the UK and in Brazil, to implement these projects. The company is seeking £2.75m from Investor Partners to complete the development of this portfolio of residential sites, which all already have in principle planning approval. The sites are of differing sizes, in different locations in the city, targeting different social groups, so this project is not dependent on any one area, social class or housing type. For the last two years, and currently, all sections of the market are showing strong demand. The residential market is expected to continue to grow for the next 10-15 years, supported by a long term Government funding and the strong policy of providing homes for Brazilians under the “My House, My Life” scheme, so there is a real opportunity for later re-investment with the same professional team and local business partners. The venture is led by a very experienced Anglo-Brazilian team, with a long track record of commercial and operational success in delivering projects in this marketplace.
