I'm a peak performance coach and my mission is to help you create an exceptional life. I founded 49 Consulting to help clients achieve their abundant future and transformative purpose whilst rediscovering what gives them real joy. Grounded in two and a half decades working in the high-pressured world of equity sales trading, I have since studied peak performance & flow science with The Flow Research Collective, exponential growth strategies at Singularity University, coaching at FRC & Oxford University, mental constructs and human behaviour with Peter Crone, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, meditation and breathwork under world renowned teachers. You see, I've worked with countless top performers in various industries, the military, visionary leaders, and individuals who have exceeded expectations their whole lives. I've also supported stay-at-home mums who possess incredible strength and potential. Each of them shared a common thread - a belief that there is something greater they are meant to contribute to the world. Many others, however, have given up on their dreams, hopes & desires and use the excuse that they have to earn a living, provide for their family, pay the mortgage & school fees, be there for their partner because their career is more important & be a responsible adult. Here's the truth, you can do all this and live a passionate life. In fact, I would go as far as to say it's your duty to live a full life, driven by passion, maximising your life's fulfillment for the fleeting time we are here on this beautiful planet. Nelson Mandela once said "There is no passion to be found playing small - in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living". I would love you to choose to play big, find your passion and not go through the motions. This is your time and your journey, my role is to encourage you to articulate what that future looks like and help you put into place steps for you to achieve it.
