About 4titude (Sports 4 All)

Sport connects people, transcending background, gender and ability. Using sport as the vehicle to build inclusion and foster a sense of belonging and purpose for everyone, is where 4titude started out in early 2009. We continue this mission today and are proud to be a NSW peak sporting body, promoting inclusion and creating sporting pathways for people with disabilities. More recently in 2017, following requests for extra support from athletes and their families, we extended our services beyond the sporting arena. 4titude now operates a range of services, including Community Hubs, Support Coordination and Short Stays across Greater Western Sydney, South Coast NSW, Western NSW and Victoria. We stand shoulder to shoulder with the people we support, to learn about what a good life means to them and to help make it a reality. Individuals, athletes, their families and communities are valued and equal partners in shaping our services and initiatives, including the personal and collective outcomes we strive for together. As a result, we have a proven track record for making things happen - from creating international sporting pathways, to supporting people to achieve their dreams. Steeped in 4titude, are concepts such as loyalty, grit, determination, advocacy and living a good life. The athletes, people we support, and their families show up each and every day, breaking down barriers, shifting others’ perceptions and exemplifying true courage by going hard on and off the field, to forge the life they want to live….and above all, to achieve their dreams. Our organisation is named in their honour, and the example they set drives the standard that we strive for. 4titude is a registered NDIS provider and not for profit, charitable organisation.
