About 5/3 Fund
BisonX is a nonprofit that focuses on providing private grants and private capital to aspiring Entrepreneurs, founders, self employed, startup & innovation ecosystems who don't have access to traditional capital sources to start and grow their businesses. We also provide grants to those looking to learn a trade within the Entrepreneurship ecosystem. From learning how to raise capital, sales, management, leadership, marketing etc. If you want to learn and go through a program that has costs, you can submit your application for funding to BisonX. Starting in the summer of 2025 we are launching a new youth sports initiative providing grants, loans and investments to help the industry which has so much potential but has always had a hard time attracting funding and investors. Our current areas of focus are in the 5 states region consisting of North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Minnesota and Montana, but our goal is to grow our platform nationwide.
