58 and CO is a multi award-winning, independent, ethical distillery in Haggerston, East London, founded by Carmen O’Neal (aka @cocktail.carmen). You’ll find our gins and vodkas on the menu in bars and restaurants across the country, and the ‘CO-LAB’ series sees us collaborating with like minded brands, repurposing excess or byproduct and turning it into something different and delicious. The distillery itself is a multi-purpose event space where we run gin tasting, private events and public gin experiences - awarded Tripadvisor Traveller’s Choice for the past 4 years and are currently ranked #26 top things to do in London. Proudly B Corp since 2021, sustainability is at the heart of 58 and CO – from the recycled glass in their bottles and labels made from discarded grape skins, to the solar panels powering the stills and plastic waste that gets made into coasters.
