About 7 Bone Burger

7bone was founded back in 2013 in a small 38 cover restaurant in a little district of Southampton, this was after a solid 18 months of product development. We had one goal and that still rings true today and that was to produce the best possible burger we could, served by great people in a relaxed environment. We truly wanted to create an authentic business with an authentic tone of voice. Over the last 9 years the business has grown into fast-paced restaurant group and we still have big aspirations. We currently operate across 10 restaurants within the UK, with an aggressive roll out planned over the coming years, because of the pace it means there are lots of opportunities to not only grow with the business but have a real impact and be part of something meaningful. Our business is built on 3 things, great patties, great people and a great personality and we have a team of amazing people and operate in a close-knit environment. We always look out for one another, help each other grow and try to breed a real family culture. We take seriously all the bits we have to take seriously (health & food safety, food quality and consistency) but try and have as much fun as we can with everything else (as you’ll see from our menu and social media channels) We live and breathe our values and try and get a little better in what we do every single day.
