About 7 Laws for Humanity & Academy of Universal Ethics
Recently, more and more people around the world in their spiritual quests are turning their attention to the ancient Tradition of mankind, coming from Adam, which was passed on to Noah and his descendant, and was finally enshrined in the Torah. Mankind lost this knowledge over time, hitting paganism and inventing new religions. The only holders of the knowledge of this Tradition were the traditional Jews, who for thousands of years have studied it, advanced from generation to generation. However, due to the constant and widespread persecution of the Jewish people for their religious beliefs and adherence to the Tradition, the opportunity to openly teach it and spread sacred knowledge among the peoples of the world appeared only recently, when most civilized states abandoned the policy of oppression of the Jews. The seventh Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneersohn, was the first Jewish leader to issue a call for the wide dissemination of knowledge of God and His Seven Commandments among the peoples of the world, and many of the Rebbe's messengers follow this call. Following the Lubavitcher Rebbe, most Jewish spiritual authorities supported this idea. This initiative even received support in the US Congress, when in 1991 a resolution was adopted recognizing the historical tradition of the 7 Commandments of Noah, on the basis of which the moral principles of the entire civilized community, and in particular the United States, are based. The project was created to introduce everyone to the Jewish tradition, the study of the Torah and its laws.
