Founded by Chef Marquinn “Chef Q” Gibson in 2022, 7323 Chicago is Chicago’s first shipping container café and catering business, located in the heart of Woodlawn. Chef Q created 7323 Chicago with one bold idea: to turn a food desert into a food destination. Chef Q has built a neighborhood anchor where healthy, fresh, community-inspired meals, catering services, and opportunity come together. From thoughtfully crafted grab-and-go meals to catering for private, business, and nonprofit events, we strive to serve the community with love and purpose. Our space was built from an upcycled shipping container to show that creativity and sustainability can power small business growth.
