About 7Generations - Transforming Business & Education
An innovative consulting company focusing on cultivating regenerative growth and transformation for the next 7 generations based in Bern, Switzerland, Cape Town, South Africa, Camiguin Island, Philippines, New Mexico, USA and Stockholm, Sweden. Since 1998 we coach changemakers and teams – first as changels, since 2019 as 7 Generations. We co-create and strengthen purposeful, circular organizations, businesses and communities and bring self-organization and responsibility to a new level. We love to create inspiring gatherings and meetings where every voice matters. We do this with coaching, team- and organizational business development, Wisdom Councils and inspiration keynotes as well as large group facilitation evoking a culture of collaboration on same eye-level and free of fears, judgements and polarizations. We have initiated the Innovationsdorf Bern, one of the largest co-working spaces in Switzerland and a lab for interdisciplinary research and collaboration. And we have started the KaosPilots Switzerland, a school for creative leaders, responsible entrepreneurs and changemakers with a 3 year full-time program integrating the Council Guide Training for mindfulness. In 2019, we have further developed our curriculum focussing on regenerative growth and transformation and made it a powerful mastery training program that we call "Guardians of Transformation", a 4 year inspiring part-time apprenticeship where our trainees learn with our Senior Consultants with our clients and partners on how to create campfires to transform business and education. We are building this training on ancient Earth Wisdom for wholeness and balance for the next 7 generations. We work all over the Planet – wherever we are needed.
