9Round fitness is a fitness program that utilizes a kickboxing-themed workout, personal trainers, and an online members portal for nutrition and exercise support. The workout is a 30-minute, whole-body, kickboxing circuit. Our circuit consists of 9 stations, or rounds, that last 3 minutes long and have a :30 active rest in between each station. The workout changes every day. As a trainer, it is your responsibility to ensure our members are: staying safe at all times, performing techniques properly, motivated to reach their peak performance, and moving through the circuit. All members receive an online portal where they can access many different levels of nutrition and fitness support. This includes a nutrition guide and extensive exercise training videos. We are on a mission. We’re all about making members stronger in 30 minutes, physically and mentally!
