9Round was founded in 2008 by professional kickboxer, Shannon Hudson, and his wife, Heather. The vision was to bring top secret kickbox training that pro fighters use to the public in a non-intimidating format. This was accomplished via a circuit method of non-contact fitness based on kickboxing moves. The result was the most fun way to burn fat on the planet! Our workout is a unique and proven total-body fitness program. It consists of nine challenging boxing and kickboxing based stations. With our circuit format, we are able to deliver the average person a quick and fun avenue of exercise, on their own schedule. By providing a 9Round certified trainer during each session, we’re able to make sure every member becomes stronger in just 30 minutes, physically and mentally.
